Announcements for May 25, 2023

1. Attention students currently in grades 8th-11th. If you are interested in joining the MCHS Dance Team there is a sign-up sheet in front of the office. Tryouts will be held next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5:45 -7:00 in the high school gym. Students should wear appropriate shoes and athletic attire for try-outs.  You must attend all 3 days of try-outs. If you have any questions reach out to coach Mandi for details!

• Students taking college classes in the fall, turn in your High School Authorization forms to the office as soon as possible.

• Attention seniors – class dues need to be paid now and are past due. Stop by the office for the total amount you owe.

• Attention 8^th graders – class dues need to be paid before promotion.

• Today is the last day for tutoring.  This is your last chance to make up missing work.

• The last day of school is Wednesday, June 7^th and students will be released at noon.

• The Walker Lake Conservancy is now hiring for summer intern and team member positions.  More information is available on the table outside the office or see Mr. Hamrey.

• There is no school on Monday in observance of Memorial Day.

• The bleachers at the football field are closed until further notice.
• Today is PE Day!  All students will report to all of their classes today to take roll.  The office will make an announcement at the beginning of each class to release students and teachers to PE day.
• Seniors can start turning in locks today.  Lockers need to cleaned out and empty before turning in the lock.
• The Gear Up Center is closed today.
